The Bitchy Witch-skey 🖤 A scary blend of sweet, sour, and fire.
What you will need:
Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and 1 cup of fresh lime juice.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle up to a half of a jalapeño. Add ice. Pour over added ice, 2 ounces of the bourbon of your choice and 2 ounces of homemade sweet and sour mix.
Give it a few good shakes and strain into a Martini glass.
Little Witch-skey Hat - I made mine with felt. I cut a circle and smaller triangle and hot glued them together. It looks better in the photo than it did in person. Hence the less than helpful guide on how to build a tiny witch hat. Nevertheless, the cocktail was still amazing.
Garnish with your Jalapeño Witch and a few slices of Jalapeño.
